Information we collect
When you request API access, we collect the details you submit in the form: work email and the platforms you want to fetch from.
We may also receive basic technical information from your request, such as the time it was submitted, through our hosting and server logs.
How we use it
We use your details to review the access request, understand the review source you want to fetch from, suggest the right platform setup, and contact you with API access guidance.
We do not use access request details to sell personal information.
Where requests are stored
Access requests are saved to a Google Sheet connected to ReviewOS. Google may process the submitted details as a service provider for storing the request.
We limit access to people who need the information to respond to your request or maintain the service.
Retention
We keep access request details for as long as needed to respond, manage follow-up, and maintain a clear record of API access interest.
You can ask us to delete or update your request details by contacting us.
